‘War of the Roses’ starts next week
January will be the month for the ‘war of the roses’.
We will be seeing both the comeback and debut of girl groups in the 2nd week of January.
So Nyeo Shi Dae - Comeback
First will be the comeback of SM’s 9-member girl group So Nyeo Shi Dae. They will be releasing their minialbum ‘Gee’ on 7th January and will have their comeback on KBS 2TV Music Bank the 9th. Already the teaser video to their minialbum has been released on 2nd January.
Debut group - After School
Another female group to look out for will be the so called ‘Son DamBi group’ After School. Already we have seen their performance with Son Dambi as guest performer during the year-end music festivals. And also Son DamBi had introduced one of the After School members, Lee Joo Yeon, during the MBC variety show ‘Introducing Star’s friend’.
5-member After School is set to release their 1st full album on 8th January. They will have their debut performances from the 9th-11th on various music programs.

Debut group - Brand New Day
Also, 3-member group Brand New Day is also set to meet fans with the release of their debut minialbum on 7th January. They are the brand new girl group under Castle J Entertainment. The title song that they will be promoting witll be ‘Disappointed’. All 3 members are said to have amazing vocal power.

Looks like this is going to be the next fashion trend of 2009.
Rain was seen wearing what seemed to be like one of GDragon’s latest fashion obsession - hairband - for one of his recent performances.

Netizens are saying that Rain probably borrowed Bong’s hairband for his performance. LOL
If anything, I think it looks cool. ^^ With the previously furry-madness Bong churned up, I’m not surprised if everyone starts to wear the hairband round their forehead.
